Free Shipping:  We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Singapore. For orders below this threshold, a flat rate shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that processing may take longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Delivery Time: Once your order has been processed, delivery times may vary depending on your location within Singapore. Standard shipping generally takes 3-5 business days. For express shipping options, additional charges may apply.

International Shipping: Currently, we only offer shipping within Singapore. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our international customers.

Tracking Information: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS containing tracking information, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.

Delivery Address: Please ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or missed deliveries.

Failed Delivery Attempts: If our courier is unable to deliver your package due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional charges may apply for re-delivery or redirection.

Returns Policy

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Avar Shoes. If for any reason you are not happy with your vegan footwear or accessories, you may return them to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Here's how our returns policy works :

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Any items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.

Return Shipping: To have a smooth return process, please ensure that the items are returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. It is important to note that the packaging must be intact and in its original state. This includes any boxes, bags, or protective materials that were included in the original shipment. Failure to do so may result in a delay or denial of the return request.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return reaches us safely.

Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify that they meet our return eligibility criteria, we will process a refund to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Option: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please indicate your preference when contacting our customer service team. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
