- Delivery Time: Once your order has been processed, delivery times may vary depending on your location within Singapore. Standard shipping generally takes 3-5 business days. For express shipping options, additional charges may apply.
- International Shipping: Currently, we only offer shipping within Singapore. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our international customers.
- Tracking Information: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS containing tracking information, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.

Returns Policy:

Warranty Policy:
At Avar Shoes Pte Ltd, we stand behind the quality of our vegan footwear and accessories. To provide you with peace of mind and assurance, we offer the following warranty policy:
- Warranty Coverage: All products purchased from Avar Shoes Pte Ltd are covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers issues such as faulty materials or workmanship.
- Exclusions: Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, accidents, alterations, or improper care of the product. Additionally, the warranty is void if the product has been tampered with or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
- Warranty Claim Process: If you believe that your product is covered by our warranty due to a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team with your order details and a description of the issue. We may request photographic evidence or the return of the product for assessment.
- Resolution: Upon validation of your warranty claim, we will either repair or replace the defective product, depending on the nature of the issue and the availability of replacement stock.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us for warranty assessment. If the product is found to be defective and covered by our warranty, we will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to you.
